Hey folks! My name is Wallace, I'm a licensed Barber and Cosmetologist. Originally from the woods, I got a taste of city living in St. Louis, MO where I graduated beauty school in 2016. I later made the spontaneous jump to move to Chicago with just a few bags and my cat in 2018 to seek new opportunities in my career and never looked back. I’ve always been a fan of doing short hair so I went back to obtain my barbering license to add another tool to my tool belt in 2024. I’m well rounded in clipper work, precision hair cutting, and customized hair color. Hair is something I’ve wanted to do since I was very young so living out my dream every day is pretty cool. Outside of hair, I love being outside, going to shows, horror movies, art, makeup, and studying astrology. I’m dedicated to creativity, learning new trends, and delivering the best service to every person that sits in my chair.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I am so excited to have you in my space! I want to respect your time as you respect mine, so please refer to the Booking and Cancellation Agreement below when scheduling a service with me. Haircut and Color Services can be booked via online, text, or by email. First time color clients are required a consultation, virtual or in-person, prior to booking their appointment so we can game plan your color process. A credit card is required to be on file when reserving your desired time. One notice will be given before charging. Everyone’s time is valuable. Therefore, haircuts cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or No Call/No Shows will be charged full amount of the booked service. Hair color appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit. I understand accidents and emergencies happen, so please feel free to reach out. Cancellation fees are always waived should you cancel for COVID related illness, but keep in mind I will not rebook you until two weeks after your cancelled appointment Guests running later than 10 minutes past their appointment time are subjected to rescheduling or adjustments in their services. Please call or text to notify me if you happen to be running behind. If I am running behind, I will do our best to give you a heads up notice as well.
